Our M Whiskey starts with a soured 95% rye and 5% malted barley spirit. To create a local flavor we do a final aging in Minnesota’s Alexis Bailly red wine barrels. You’ll find scents of caramel, smoky vanilla, cinnamon, tart apple and a strong hint of Minnesota Nice.
